Reseller programme terms
Reseller access is invitation-only. Credits are prepaid internal activation units, are not money, are not transferable outside the approved reseller account and may be used only to activate genuine XULU software for end customers. Resellers must describe XULU accurately, may not sell or imply that XULU supplies media content, and must comply with applicable consumer, advertising and data-protection rules. Account sharing, chargeback abuse, misleading sales, unlawful content bundling or attempts to bypass device limits may result in suspension. Commercial package pricing, permitted territories and any credit adjustment are those shown in the reseller portal or separately agreed in writing.
