Terms of use
Read the rules, privacy practices and commercial terms that apply to XULU.
Service and licence
XULU, operated under the Soulid.co brand provides XULU as a personal, revocable, non-transferable software licence. XULU is a player and device-management service; it does not provide television channels, films, series, playlists or IPTV subscriptions. You may connect only sources that you are legally entitled to use.
Trial, subscription and renewal
A new installation may include a ten-day local trial. Paid plans, prices, billing intervals, device limits and source limits are displayed before checkout. Online purchases are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed interval until cancelled. You can cancel future renewal through the subscription management link; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid term.
Acceptable use and availability
You must not use XULU to infringe rights, access unlawful content, attack or reverse engineer the service, share or sell credentials, evade plan or device limits, automate abusive requests, interfere with other users or resell access without approval. We may suspend or terminate a subscription or account immediately and without prior notice where we reasonably identify misuse, fraud, a security threat, unlawful activity, chargeback abuse or a material breach. Access ended for breach is not eligible for an additional refund except where mandatory law requires one.
Updates to the software and rules
We may update, replace, add, remove or discontinue software features, interfaces, supported devices, technical requirements and service rules at any time, including through automatic updates, to improve the product, maintain compatibility, address security or legal requirements, or respond to third-party changes. We may revise these terms and related policies. Material changes that adversely affect an active paid subscription will be communicated or handled as required by applicable law; continued use after the effective date of other changes means acceptance of the revised terms.
Third-party sources and metadata
XULU may let you connect independent content and metadata services using addresses, credentials or API tokens you provide. Those services are not operated or endorsed by XULU. You are responsible for permission to use them, their charges, quotas and terms. We do not warrant their data, artwork, availability, legality, compatibility or continued operation, and changes by a third party may limit a related XULU feature.
Ownership and feedback
XULU and its software, branding, interface and original materials are owned by or licensed to the operator and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. The licence does not transfer ownership. You retain rights in your own data and sources. If you voluntarily send product feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment, without identifying you publicly unless you agree.
Account security and service protection
You are responsible for activity under your account, devices and reseller credentials and must promptly report suspected compromise. We may require a password reset, device re-verification or other reasonable security step. We may restrict access during maintenance, an incident, a legal request, a provider outage or an event outside reasonable control, and will restore service when reasonably practicable.
No warranty and responsibility for claims
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every source or device, or accuracy of third-party data. You are responsible for claims, losses or costs caused by your unlawful sources, infringement, credential sharing, unauthorised resale or material breach. This does not limit liability or consumer remedies that the law does not allow us to exclude.
Liability, changes and contact
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, XULU is not responsible for third-party content, source-provider outages or indirect losses. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may assign these terms as part of a transfer of the service; you may not transfer your licence or account without written consent. Material changes will be posted on this site with a new effective date. Mandatory consumer law and the competent forum available to you continue to apply.
